Jimmy, a serial killer who sees colors that are different than the name for them he's been conditioned to call them begins to notice that he is developing powers he's never had.
He can hear people talking, but no one is around, and when he looks for the source, he finds they are the voices of the people he comes in contact with every day. When the voices become too much, he snaps and murders his best friend Mike in his own house, followed by his wife and 4 kids. He assumes his identity for several days, responding to various incoming text messages to Mike and his wife's phones, luring more family and friends to the house only to murder them too and pile all of the bodies on the bed in Mike's bedroom. He orders supplies online and has them shipped to Mike's home, paying extra for rushed delivery using Mike and his wife's credit cards. He finds the family member's wallets and looks for home addresses on their Licenses and uses their cars to drive to their homes and create a network of houses to live in for a short while. Then, after using the same method to order more supplies online and ship them to the other homes, he begins showing up at all of the dead bodies' various places of employment and using the guise of job opportunity to gain access to people who would question their whereabouts. Slowly but surely, Jimmy eliminates everyone who knew his initial victims, and branches out to include the ones who knew them. By the end, Jimmy has Mike's home filled with the bodies of almost everyone in town except for the old woman, Myrtle who lived next door to Mike because she was senile anyways. More and more bodies come each day, and less and less traffic makes Jimmy's work easier and easier until the entire state was silent. He Used a package delivery service truck to tour the town and keep up appearances until law enforcement from other states show up and start combing the state for the presence of even one individual.
