To anyone feeling bad, I HIGHLY suggest trying lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is being in control of dreams and I can tell you, it is the best thing I've ever tried. I'd recommend (even if you hate Reddit, it has some useful subs in my opinion) checking out the LucidDreaming subreddit. I've had one using tips from there and that one dream completely changed me. I couldn't stop smiling and laughing to myself and with trying, you can have at least one DAILY. Please, please, please, please, please TRY IT ANON. YES, YOU!

You know most people aspire to do something in life? I use to, I was a very creating innovative engineer/designer, when my ex died i died too, i'm a shell of what i once was and i can't ever see myself getting better even after years of meds and some therapy sessions.

I would very much like to end my life and be done with this shit show, i'd give everything i have for someone to kill me instantly, it's sad to think that's what i've come to but in reality it's what i want because i can't even socially interact with anyone properly.

Don't kill yourself. Find something to die for. Find something wrong or right with the world and use the life you have to make it better. I haven't found my right or wrong, but i see a lot of wrong, like how some parts of our(US) govt or hospitals operate. Im sure you have someone you can talk to, whether it be a friend or a neighbor who cares. Make a bond. Do something nice to help someone in need. It really helps me when i feel down and out of luck.
