If they were left alone in a city, I totally agree. But part of the whole shtick is that they're not really considered animals and given protection under animal cruelty laws, right? So if fluffs got to be a big enough problem, they'd want to get rid of them, en masse.

And you wouldn't send out guys with nets or guns or gas, because that would be stupid. If you smile and give them treats and hugs, they'd come to you. If you tell them you'll find them new mommies and daddies, you could load them up by the truckload and send them to the grinder or the gas chamber or whatever.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I realize I'm already thinking about this way too hard. And it's not like I reject feral stuff because it's too 'unrealistic.' It's really not a big deal.

Yeah, it was heavily inspired by Carpdime, that person knows how to draw a fluffy.
It's a first attempt, so there's a lot of mistakes, especially in proportions, which've always been my biggest issue.

There's something wrong here, its limbs are still attached.

Other than that, maybe wrap the left eye around the contour of the head, so not all of it is in view. The tail looks a little bit bland as well.

The opening of the ear is facing upwards, it should face down when the ears are flat. I guess the tail is alright for a foal; it just seems stumpy, like an odd shape you wouldn't expect a tail to me. Just my opinion though.
