When i got older i realized it doesn't matter that much. It's been a zero issue for girls i dated. I started just not caring when people made fun of me. When i got to partying age i was having people take body shots out of my chest and stuff. Kind of made me the life of the party sometimes.

I realized everyone has things they don't like about themselves. This one people can see when your shirts off, but it's not that not a deal. There's worse thing in life to be afflicted with. Like being an idiot.

Pectus excavatufag here too, also bodybuilder, was kind of my reason for turning into a roidhead at 18, got bullied at high school about it and decided that working out was my only way forward because fuck that surgery where they put the metal bar through your ribs to push your sternum back out, haven't looked back one, can't even see my pectus excavatum anymore, if anything it makes my pecs look more defined and outrageous now

I had the metal bar put in. It was a bad time man, I was 19 when they did it. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced. I was on drugs for a year basically. It def helped but didn't cure it. You have to get it done when you're like 13 for it to be really effective.

This. Having children later in life does increase the probability of birth defects. I have PE and my mother had me when she was in her forties. I have always attributed my weird genetic shit to her bullshit decision to have me at such a late age -- super large ears, head that bulges out at the back, small wrists, and pectus excavatum. I vaguely recall even being told I was born with a mole right in the center of my forehead, like an Indian bindi, which was removed because it looks so autistic (but this may be bullshit).
