Got 2 separate accounts and a joined account with my Fiancee. Both individual accounts are just over £1,600 right now because Christmas has drained us dry.
Joined account sits at £18,000 currently. Savings account for buying house, also future investment for children.
We're both 23, I co-own an import/export business and she's a school teacher.

Unless I'm talking it somewhere to spend I have never been able to bring myself to carry more than a hundred bucks. And that's a lot for me. I usually carry less than forty. Always worried I'll lose it somehow.
Savings?
I lived from day to day for like 2 years straight. Currently have around a thousand euros in my account.

Ive only got 1500 in silver just in case the world goes to shit I at least have something to barter with that isnt guns and ammo. I guess I could say most of my money went to guns and ammo. Currently at 7 guns each with at least 500 rounds. In an apocalypse situation thatll sell for a pretty penny.

Why do people fall for this meme? Paying interest on a depreciating asset is next level retard. Why not just get zero% financing from some midlevel vehicle?

Got paid yesterday but major bills don't come out till monday so it'll go down but i always keep a ~1000 buffer.
I don't save money, i don't see the point. car is paid monthly and traded in for a new one every 2 years, mortgage is locked down for 5 years and absolutely nothing in my house is worth more than a grand (most expensive thing is my tv at 600 brand new) so if anything breaks i can replace it easily enough.
>>715591816
Well, total cost for the loan (3 yrs) is $1700. It's not that bad. Where i live car taxes are so fucked, It's expensive anyway. A mustang, for example, costs $130k here. What does it cost in the us? 30-40k?
>>715592375
I'm in Canada, most automotive companies offer zero % financing on mid-level cars like Maza or generic Fords. Here there's just regular sales tax, which in Ontario is 13%, then you have to pay to register your vehicle which is something like 10% of the vehicles cost. So if the car was 50k then you're paying about $11,000 in tax.

>>715592629
Won't get that in norway, around 5-6% interest at best no matter what you buy, and that is with at least 30% downpayment. If no downpayment, it's around 7-8%.
And when you buy a new car the insurance is cheaper for the 3 first years.
