I've been there before. Provo's kinda like something out of the twilight zone. The best thing about Norfolk is this festival called Harbor Fest. Its in Early summer iirc, and its kind of like a state fair, but it commemorates the Harbor Fest of old. Back in the day, Harbor Fest was a celebration of the first slave ships arriving from Africa for the slave trade season, complete with auctions, wares, food and music, and capped off with fireworks and lynchings.
