Yep 20g or less. He'll first lose a lot of water weight which is probably 40-50% of his belly bloat, then he'll enter dietary ketosis and lose the subcutaneous fat. I had a regimen of 2~4hrs of exercise daily alongside a diet for champions, but once I got into it I dropped from 250lbs to 170lbs. Packed on a lot of muscle at the same time, dropped bodyfat to crazy low.

Actually got the jelly responses by then by pudgy people questionnig it as "too thin," but I was in the shape of my life. Could jump, run, lift and do crazy shit for a long ass time before my breath ever picked up, cooldown never took more than 15 secs.

I've kinda let it fall by the wayside though. I need to get back into olympian shape.

I was eating ~270g carbohydrates/<53g fat/>75g of protein a day.
Generally rice and cod, noodles, salmon, tuna, maybe chicken. Mashed up fish and potatoes sometimes. Pacific cod in particular is great, it's near pure protein.
Beyond that I had (carefully measured) energy drinks, daily glass of milk, chicken sandwiches, etc.

Exercises were mostly centered around dumbbells and my incline bench. So crunches, rows, lifts, curls. Typically I'd pick exercises to work specific muscle groups and try to keep them all pumped throughout the week.

I don't know when exactly the turning point was but once I reached peak physique it was liberating. I never felt tired or out of breath anymore. You have any idea what that's like? Where you can ascend stairs 3 steps at a time or run when walking's just too slow to you, and you don't even feel it?

I should add, I favored high reps over heavy weights.
I was going up the weight scale the same, if probably slower, but I feel the result was worth it. I was going partly for endurance and for burning energy, after all, if I'd made it much lighter it'd probably more qualify as aerobics.
Still, I wound up with what seemed like compacted muscle with a high expansion rate once I flexed them. Very good definition, too.
