Yea plenty my friend. First the easiest method Ive found is a 3 month suboxone taper. start with 8 mg, then reduce to 4 mg after 2 weeks. Then after 4 weeks reduce to 2 mg. This is the tricky part, now reduce to 1 mg 2 weeks later. You will feel kinda shitty at this point, tough it out for another 4 weeks then jump off the 1 mg. Easiest detox I've had. Next I'll post shit for after youve jumped off

Ok so first off make an appointment with a doctor. For your detox you will need clonidine, gabapentin and promethazine.

The clonidine will help with the overall shitty feeling and keep you somewhat sane. The gabapentin (neurotin) is to help with the aches and pains in your legs and other general nerve/muscle pain. Both of these are absolutely essential. The promethazine is bonus points and will help the extreme bouts of nausea that you will be experiencing but the previous two are the heavy hitters. Additional bonus points for muscle relaxors such as flexaril or soma, with soma being optimal.

Ok so now OFC drugs you will want/need. Firstly your nose will be running so grab some benadryl. This will also help you sleep at night with a higher dose. Next you will want alieve, this will help with the pain you will experience in your muscles and the other general achyness. Also grab vitamin B6 and a general multivitamin, these go a long way to helping your body feel better, and lets face it dope heads don't nutrition well.

Ok now you might consider getting some loperamide. Its over the counter and will help woth the shits. However you shouldn't take longer than a week, AT MOST. It is an opiate that dosen't cross the BBB, but your body needs to adjust and not be propped up by the drugs. SO temporary fix in order to lower some tolerance. Also melatonin can help with the insomnia, additionally some ambian. Wont recommend benzos since you're a junkie, but do you bro. Ok some strategies. Eat as much as possible, this will help you feel better and encourage your brain to start natural production of opiates again. Exercise! You will have restless leg syndrome for the next little while and this will go a long way towards helping and forcing your brain to make natural opiates. Also good for sleep. Many hot showers and baths are in your future, these will ease your muscles and relax you. Very important for me during a detox. Also because I dont sleep during this period I pick a show to binge watch, fucking watched Steins; gate, elfin lied and shin sekai yori the last go.
