When I first started taking it, it made me VERY productive. Then I took more and more and etc and now I don't really get the "Oh shit im going to do all of my schoolwork" unless I take like 80mg. I'm not to versed on Ket or X doses, but I'd suggest a medium dose of both or a higher dose of mdma with a low dose of ket. If you want to be safe the best thing to do is not to use them at all, but you shouldn't get SS as long as you don't dose too high on both. SS usually isn't fatal but is extremely annoying and terrifying (did dex + an ssri once, fucking not fun)
