3. Californians literally try to recreate the same mess they claim to be escaping from wherever they go. I had an office of all Bay Area people who were complaining that taxes were too high and government too intrusive in California, they were also liberals who voted left every election and said yes to every bond or tax. Also, its not enough that Californians ruin politics for their own end, you can be in some completely different place minding your own business, but if they don't like something about what you do or who you are they will bring the full power of the government down upon you even if what you do has no effect on them. You simply cannot exist in the same body politic as Californians.

4. Influx of rich outsiders usually displace the local culture, and then to make it worse, they pretend to have a connection to the local culture by larping as some kind of stereotype from that culture in front of new arrivals.
