So is it broken down in such a way that every state has equal say and it's not just about populated states having the rest of the country by the balls? Because I could totally see the sense in that, really look back during the Rev war the wanted to break off due to "taxation with representation" which is exactly what can happen with majority rules voting strategies, I would definitely see why Americans have been and are for it.
