I am not hating on your fetish, to each their own, but it just seems virtually impossible for me that somebody could ever be turned on by this without feeling a deep sense of shame or guilt.

I don't find anything wrong with it, so I don't feel guilty. I keep my "immoral" fantasies in my head. There's nothing wrong with fantasies, the only possible time they could be bad is when they enter reality.
