I ended up with a tight foreskin after repeated catheterisation this last year, and the last one one has was a three way flush through after surgery so quite wide within the eurethra. I stretch, mostly it's painful and sonetimes my skin fissures slightly but it's getting easier. I also apply a cortisone cream whilst stretch because that will help too, the cream will also help the fissured parts granulate and heal whilst open and stretched apart.
