I don't buy shovel-ware, nor am i having a whine. people have been having the black screen issue with the client where the store nor community hub would load, and when it did load it would crash on viewing a video.

While yes, i doubt many people view stuff on the community hub it does not mean it should be left nonoperational.

I don't think it should be acceptable to restart steam every-time it crashes or refuses to load up.

Don't take me wrong, steam is amazing offering tons of titles and indie titles too but have you not forgotten the paid mods fiasco? Careless updates for their major games? (The revolver, which has not bee tested at all prior to launch)
We use steam not because we want to, its because we have to to get majority f=of the titles.
