There's also PID, and other STI related complications that a 12 year old wouldn't consider when their loins become inflamed and moistened. Lower the age of consent, and benevolent pedos that swear up and down they're good for children wouldn't be the only ones manipulating these essentially functionally-retarded people into sex. They're not mentally ready for it and even without the social stigma there are problems with declaring open season prior to AT LEAST the age of 16.
