I've always been a stocky type fat so I look like way less than I actually do. All I did to lose weight was literally just eat less than 1500 calories a day. It's hard but it can be done. Started going to the gym about a month ago and I'm getting better and better as the day go on. I took one supplement to help me with my hunger, which was my biggest problem. The one thing is that you need to drink lots of water with this diet, at least 1/2 your weight in oz. of water daily, AT LEAST, that means you must try to drink more. Also, stay away from sweets, 0 candy/soda/pastries. I haven't drank soda in 8 weeks now, feeling great, only water/tea/milk is allowed. Basically on the Keto diet I ate 50 or less grams of carbs/day. Atkins diet isn't a keto diet, their stuff has WAY more carbs than you expect, the trick is to make your body use ketone bodies instead of glucose to work, the first 3 days of the switch will be the hardest, but after that you'll be fine.

You dont have to eat the expensive as fuck foods they show you in every popular dieting fad, its just about instead of eating 3 slices of pizza, eat 1 or 2. Eat more through out the day but in smaller portions, i think the ideal amount is like 4 or 5 small meals a day.

makes it easier to stay content (not full) through out the day and not consume so many calories. also mainly drink just water, it helps ALOT to just carry a water bottle every where. That way when you get thirsty you can just drink from your bottle since its right there.

Which is the next part, get on a caloric deficit diet. which is basically burn more then you eat.
If you eat 2400 calories in a day, then burn 2500. over time itll add up.

plus dont do weight training. just do cardio and work out your core. so go run for 15 - 20 mins and then do some flutter kicks and crunches.

none of this require you to spend more money, in all honesty it should save money.

100lbs is a lot to lose at once but mot impossible. Best thing to do would be to find out how many calories your body is maintaining on and then only subtract about 300-500 calories.

The goal is to be able to eat as much as you can while still losing weight; thats why its important to know what your maintenance is and subtract from that.

Lifting or doing bodyweight exercises will also be extremely benificial. Its one thing to lose a ton of weight but when its finally gone youll look terrible due to having no muscle and most likely loose skin.

There's a lot more psychology that goes into this, but here's the main 2 things you need to do:

1) Start drinking water (I know it sucks, but it's really not as bad as you think. After a couple days, you'll honestly start to like water. Take it from someone who was hooked on nothing but Mountain Dew for like 10 years throughout my teenage years)

2) Start working out. Fuck the gym, you don't need it. Do cardio shit like running, biking (if you have a bike), or swimming. You can do pushups and shit if you want, but cardio is most important.
