A scene from my favorite movie ever made!
Anyone seen this movie? How good is it?
Some Like It Hot
Beyond the Black Rainbow
A Report on the Party and Its Guests
The Virgin Spring
The Exterminating Angel
The Cabniet of Dr Caligari
Night of the Hunter
The Great Dictator
Its always great when someone puts out their own list of favorites. Feels good man
All of you fuckers have shitty, shitty taste. I am ashamed to even call any of you "/b/tards!"
Whoops forgot pic
I say the movie "Holes" is on par with the book.
This pleases me
A few I moves I really liked:
Wolf of Wallstreet
Lost in Translation
This Is the End
Tucker and Dale vs Evil
21 Jump Street
22 Jump Street
Which bond movie is the best of the bunch?
What do you honestly think about this movie?
You don't even know. You'll never know.
WoW. Lost faith on /b.
Ctrl + F, No Blade Runner.
I think it's to leave /b and never come back.
Check'd and rekt
I get it. You're angry no one posted your favorite movie. I will do it for you, my friend.
Anon posted this awhile back. Here to you, man.
Its an eighties movie. Some people say its an acquired taste. Others cryptic. Honestly its a great revelation on the human condition.
Exceptional book-to-movie adaptation. Falls under the radar because of the cast and demographic.
HBO or Starz should do a more mature adaptation of it in like a Game of Thrones style.
Not god-teir, but still has a great soundtrack.
Poorly received but I think it was just ahead of its time. One of my favorite movies of all time, up there with the obligatory The Shining
I hated I Robot but I didn't even know it was a book. Might give it a peek.
And yeah, the book is always better because it's directed by the reader so it is as good as it can possibly be.
Robin has way better roles tho!
The Fisher King
One Hour Photo
Dead Poets Society
And especially World's Greatest Dad surprised me. The trailer gives a totally wrong impression about the movie, it's one of Robin's best roles in my opinion.
Yeah he's had much better roles but that doesn't mean it's a bad movie.
World's Greatest Dad is destructive to a person's outlook on life. Fuck that movie, but in the best way possible.
Anyone seen the Redux version of Apocalypse Now? Is it any good?
That shit was weird. I know I'm looking at face value but the ending was so fucking crazy. It turned into a full art film at the end there. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it, but that was pretty hairy at the end.
Just watched La Haine, was bretty dam gud.
Fifth element is a classic, Akira was quite interesting...
Maybe my fav is castle of cagliostro - if you haven't seen it it's a must watch
Just things I've watched lately
sup fellow cineasts of /b/? what's the best version of Romero's dotd or the one you would recommend?
Highly underated. Worth the watch.
The first one, the sequels are pretty bad
Both are good for what they are pulp and portrait, respectively.
Did they Photoshop her ass smaller?
it's kinfa like drive but louder and better car action
Who watches the watchmen?
InkObligatory meme movie post
>it didnt have da alien squid thing!!!!!
i think they did the right thing, dr Manhattan was an already established character, i think throwing in a fake alien invasion would have been confusing and made the movie longer than it should have
I don't care what sort of movie you like this story is amazing and will have you on the edge of your seat
when I told a befriended fan of the comics that I liked the movie he just replyed "be happy about it" in a non-sarcastic tone. Made me realize that people who read the comic are almost forced to dislike the movie because of the things that "don't translate to film well"
i just started watching dragon ball
i had previous knowledge about it before but the 2 things that pissed me off the most about the movie was that goku went to high school and piccolo had an assistant
if i ever meet M. Night shamanigger
im going to beat his shit in
It translates well to an outside audience that hasn't read through the comic book, hasn't it?
Who else thinks Marv is a living embodiment of /b/?
>realize the originals suck
that hurts... I liked the The Thing one because it perfectly ended with the beginning of the 80s one. Still a fan of the old non cgi effects, though!
The other two I haven't seen so no opinion on them.
The original was light years better. You couldn't tell if it was real or a dream. In the new one you just didn't care.
honestly the movie was a blur to me
i only remember pieces of it, i was in so much rage.
now that you reminded me that the ki blasts looked like gusts of wind and the nigger transformation im more mad
shamanigger will pay dearly for this
>goku went to high school
This movie is about DB and Gokus son went to high school in GT but weird tho
>and piccolo had an assistant
He had an assistant in DB which this movie is about
