I'm not OP but I used to do xrays back in the day, here are the god damn rules:

There has to be some kind of visible bump on the exterior of the clothing for this to work. That means NO BRAS and NO BIKINIS.
Basically the girl has to be wearing a thin shirt with nothing under it. White shirt works the best.

This isn't magic. The effect works by amplifying what's already visible. If no nipple bump is visible then it doesn't work.
