Monsonto aka Scotts Lawn Food makers, (also Owner of Roundup & Ortho) has a no quibble policy. You can make a easy $50 by calling in and saying you bought a $48 bag of their lawn food and that It killed your lawn (you can literally just say you don't like it they really don't care) and then say you want a refund. They'll try to give ya coupons, but just ask for a check and they'll send it out without any proof of purchase. (Your first 2 times anyway) and you don't even actually have to buy the product, although I would suggest going to the store and looking at the bag that's $48, and then writing down the Barcode Number (they'll only need the last 5 digits)

What's funny is they are well aware of the fact that this happens and don't even care since they make they much fucking money. They literally do it just to keep the consumers happy since their 2/10 times their products are defective and they know they'll have to do refunds to keep people coming back.
