The question is what is "no". When a woman is under the influence and a male who otherwise wouldn't be having sex with the woman, has sex with the woman, it could be considered rape. The same goes for the genders reversed.
Yes shouldn't be allowed to retroactively change on a whim, however. A woman shouldn't be able to say "Yes" when in happy standing with a man, and then go back and say "But I don't feel like it was consensual anymore" or "I was being manipulated".
