I've taken over 30 psychiatric drugs since I was a child, none of them helped, except benzodiazepines (valium, xanax, klonopin, and ativan specifically)---they help very slightly. My anxiety is fucking insane. Fucking heart beats 160 bpm (literally) and so fucking hard just from the doorbell ringing unexpected, I can barely stand up.
