Canonical has become what it once fought against.

I don't even commit crimes of any type, I just care about my privacy and refuse to be a slave to my ISP or OS developer(s).

TL;DR most of the shit in that picture will not help you become 'anonymous' - never use Ubuntu (especially with god-awful Unity), but Debian and OpenSUSE are reliable and I recommend both, whichever you like more.
