Iphones don't encrypt with the password, just like windows and even android, they just throw up a preliminary screen. this means that you can still get all the files without the password, you just can't use the phone. if you can somehow get a thermal camera and look at the phone with it, you'll see the parts most touched (the passcode) will be hotter, i'd also recommend putting it in a freezer but be quick so the heat doesnt go away, it's just so the heat stands out better but for a shorter time

Uh, just import the photos.

1) Plug the phone into a computer
2) Go to Windows Photo Gallery type "photo gallery" in the start menu search box.
3) Click home on the top, and go down to import.
4) a window will come up with recognized devices and will show the iPhone. Select it and click import.
5) Click "more options" and choose the directory they'll go to and hit okay.
6) Select "import at New items" and hit next.

You'll now have every video and photo from the phone on your PC.
