Are you all playing with ENB with butter smooth 30 fps? I always wanted an ENB but I always got 40 fps max. and even I have a good pc I couldn't play because of the stutter.

ENB drops me down to 20 fps, I mostly play with ENB off and only turn it on when I want to take screenshots.
Without ENB I get 60 fps.

The skill levelling system was great, not the easy as fuck skyrim or oblivion ones. You had to watch out, what you do, and then you was good at it.

If you want some good experience in the missions with stormcloaks and imperials I would strongly recommend installing the "Civil War Overhaul" mod.

(the other mods in the Epic Gameplay Overhaul are also pretty awesome).

But this mod makes the civil war aspect more deep. You can fight for different cities, you can loose battles and then you will have to take back the city latter. Soldiers from enemy factions will attack you on sight.
The only bad part is that you have to start a new game. But believe me, it´s totally worth it.

What do you mean by fuck up your save game?
I´ve tried all of them (except epic music) and works fine. Never had a problem with my game.
Only the civil war overhaul actually needs you to start a new game, so yeah you can´t play your old saves while it is active, just uninstall it while you play your old same and install it when you want to play the new one.

Are you this new to modding?
But well, if you don´t like having cool experiences too bad for you I guess.

It seems that you clearly don´t know what you are talking about.
Civil War changes the "story-line" of the civil war. Immersive patrols just adds loads of solidiers fighting on roads (still pretty bad ass though).

But I´m still waiting for your arguments against these mods.
