I know that, there's different classes for drugs heroine and cocaine are class A and then cannabis is class c and you'd be able to guess the rest. I know if your caught with class c you only get a warning and then it's like the 3rd time you can get arrested for possession, obviously depending on quantity... I was caught with weed

well i have never been like that. i can understand why some officers are and i guess it would depend on the situation and as bad as it sounds what you look like and your attitude. one of the main things people in charge emphasise is to respect the public no matter what and to not be bias or judge them in any circumstances until a proper understanding of the situation has been established. if it is as bad as you say just put your phone on audio record mode or video mode and report it if its really that bad, you would be suprised a what could happen to an officer if their manor is not appropriate towards a member of the public.

2. in arresting terms not really. if i was to search someone and they had any of the listed things on them then it would be a straight forward arrest depending on quantity. the proceeding prosecution would obviously be decided by a court. on a side note you may be suprised to know that often people caught we said substances would just be let off with a warning (if not a repeat offender). obviously if someone has mass amounts on them then an arrest would have to take police with the possibility of them being a dealer in mind.
