It's hard to say if you've done 25i a certain amount of time or LSD a certain amount of times because unless you ahve a test kit, you don't actually super know. there are tons of chemicals that have similar effects. SO I can say I've don acid 20+ times and 25i 0 times if I trusted my sourcees and blindly took them. But there was a number of times where it clearly was not acid and my friend had bought some of the same shit I bought tested it and guess what, was not acid. :U

I quit weed, because in the beginning of my hppd (first couple months) I had constant really intense vertigo. The weed mad it reaaaally bad, so I decided i should put down the bong for a while. Plus abstaining from drugs for a while seems to be the most vouched for method of dealing with/getting rid of hppd.

I don't get dizzy any more, and I'm back to drinking coffee and smoking cigs without any ill effect, but I'm a little hesitant to pick up the pipe so soon considering I'm not fully recovered, I need time to see if my visuals will fully resolve themselves.

If they don't go away eventually I'm just going to start smokin' bud again, no point in not smokin' it if my visuals are going to be permanent, cause I love my weed.

Like i said though things are improving so I'm staying positive and remaining confident I will fully heal with time. The vertigo was the shittiest part and that's passed. For now I'm just gonna stick with what i know has been working, which means no weed.

My HPPD came from a really low dose shroom trip, my first trip in like a year.

I think it had a lot to do with some other factors though, at the time of the hppd inducing trip I had been struggling with a near-constant migraine for about a month...I thought maybe shrooms could help resolve it because I had read some interesting things about people curing cluster headaches with shrooms.

I didn't cure them but the headaches went away eventually anyway.

After my headache went away, I got off anti depressants and a sleeping pill I had been taking for a while (I think tripping while on these meds was another factor).

I don't have a substitute for cannabis, though, no.

Although I'm a little embarrassed to admit I have been taking oxycodone every once and a while just to chill out an relax, being sober and stressed out for so long has really taken its toll on me....I fee like I've aged 5 years in the past 5 months.
