You'd have to be more specific on the problem. If you mean the problem of having very poor eyesight then no. Nothing helped mine.

My stepdad used to do protection and goes at the range once in a while and wears glasses

Just make sure you can see well and far with your glasses

People without eye problems will often wear protective eyesight anyway
