He started off wobbly in his reign with the hyper-forced "Sheamus 5:15" stuff but since he's toned that down he has really stepped it up both in-terms of his talking and his ring-work.
I don't know where this speaking ability came from, but he's always been great in-ring, his current role just lets him show that more and he's been a consistently great stiff worker for a bit now.
