From what I understand, catch wrestling was just freestyle wrestling + submissions. So just take BJJ and freestyle wrestling and you've basically got catch wrestling.

Catch wrestling is basically No-Gi BJJ.

Check out anything Josh Barnett has on the internet, and grab a JiuJitsu mag. Tons of resources there. Check out 10th Planet stuff too, great no-gi stuff comes from them.
It's all really the same thing.

Look up Billy Robinson. He is a catch wrestling legend. I downloaded some of his instructionals several years ago. It will probably be hard to find now though.
