It worked with KO because he's interesting and has mic-work. Finn doesn't. Getting him over is a much more gradual process.
An intro against Bray would just harm him because it would expose his mic-work against one of the best talkers in the WWE today right from his first feud, too.

Get real m8, guys like Neville and Finn have to be built up gradually because they have glaring weaknesses. Even KO is being built up, the only reason his immediate strong showing worked is because he doesn't have immediate glaring weaknesses in his talent skill-set.
