Actually was a little enjoyable. If I had a kid I wouldn't mind them watching this. I only saw a couple though, one time they had a couple of matches and one of them had Ricardo wrestling as his alter ego El Local.

They weren't allowed to throw any strikes above the neck, or do certain moves or holds that could be easily imitated and dangerous.
It was limiting in a sense but it provided challenges for guys working on the show. Slater used to appear a lot on this show too and did great at it, he's underrated as hell.

That was a part of a storyline. El Local wrestled on NXT after that and it was clearly Rodriguez. In fact, he got suspended for taking fat burners in order to get into wrestling shape quicker.

All I know is when they finally unmasked him, it was Sami, so it had to have been him all along. Nothing else makes sense.
