I think that Miz should show on record as the most improved of all time. He didn't start with some amazing or unique gimmick. He wasn't hot fire on the mic from the beginning. It took a long time for him to truly hit his stride, but damned if he doesn't make Monday nights worth it. And yes, he is in the running (if not already) for the greatest IC champ of all time.
