It was just a bad promo for Roman, it was the best he's done but it was still bad.
Not only did Roman accuse Cena of the same stuff people hate him for (he knew it, he didn't even sound convinced of what he was saying), he also forgot some of his lines which were later edited out of the video updated on WWE YT channel, and his voice was shaking during the whole segment.

I always say this, Roman would be better as a silent heel like Kane. Making Roman open his mouth is just a bad idea.
