Got pushed too fast, too early. He should've been allowed to stay in the midcard for a couple more years. But as is typical of Vince these days if he likes you you're going straight to the top and if you fail it's your fault.

Probably something during childhood. It's easy to blame the parents, but I wouldn't rule out lead contamination or some other form of poisoning that could have stunted his mental development.
