Not a bad label for the guys between the prime years of Hogan and Austin overall, but Bret is more than a who, and Taker is definitely more than who. If you showed complete casuals who picked up wrestling in the 00s and only ever watched WWF/E a picture of Bret, quite a few of them would be able to name him.
