Lucha Underground you can binge watch the first two seasons and what's aired of the third, or you can just watch Ultima Lucha 1 and 2 and then jump on S3.

To get into NJPW you should start with WK11 and then Dominion, then just watch whatever you want from the G1 this year (depending on how much time you have) or just start picking out shows/matches to watch.
