Japan traditionally has loved big black dudes. Abdullah the Butcher and Bob Sapp were monster stars in Japan. Apollo Crews did well for himself and probably would have landed in NJPW if WWE hadn't got him. I have no idea why the NJPW crowd likes Cheeseburger but it amuses me.
