With the way they want to keep Asuka in NXT, it seems they are searching to build a stable line up somewhat surpass the status of being a development league.
If they actually want to do that (instead of looking like they are mismanaging their shit), then they should put Corbin in there and build him up as their Strowman. No need to put him with Sanity as it seems they might join Raw or Smackdown really soon.

As well as Corbin, I would place Dolph in there. The guy has enough talent and charisma to be like a male equivalent of Asuka : the top guy that acts like the last big boss before other wrestlers moves up.
