Not really. I mean, right now he's on fire, but the other guys did pretty well for themselves also. Kidd was the most over out of all of them in his run with Cesaro, then it was Sami in his feud with KO, then Neville when he first started his cruiserweight stuff, and now Breeze with the gay cops. I bet you a year from now it'll be someone else again.

The Royal Rumble match was better, it was a little less obvious, had more cohesiveness/story.

Anyway here's a pick from me.
I can't believe how overlooked this match is, I've never seen anyone mention it on here, ever.

Man, I like Ibushi vs. Alexander too, but it's obvious that Kendrick vs. Ibushi was better. The storytelling, the spots. Hell, even an after-match moment with Brian & Daniel was better, than HHH & Cedric. Damn.

Blood was accidental, but they worked with it perfectly. Every stoppagegave Balor time to rest and made Joe look like a devastating monster.

This would have been 5* if it had been the last match of the night (remember it was put in the middle of the card despite the "main event" being the first match of the night), but the moment Dolph came out during the second hour it was too obvious that he was winning.

I don't know how you dislike their Summerslam match when their Royal Rumble match is insanely worse and nothing but FINISHER, KICK OUT spam.
>>
>>3025941
Maybe I'm not remembering the RR match properly. I'll have to watch it again. But I saw the Summerslam match just last week because WWE put in on Youtube, and those are my honest feelings about it.
>>
>>3024850
It wasn't an "awful" spotfest. You're right that matches are better when the spots have context, or flow to them, but if it's two talented guys hitting their spots, there's a good rivalry, chemistry between them, and some story, I don't mind it being move-kickout-move-kickout. It's just another style of match.

25 is better than 26, and would've been a 5 if that one stupid fucking spot botch thing to the outside didn't waste so much time. Also Taker's punches are awful, and he did them the most during this "da strongest pure striker in WWE!" phase.
