NEVER Openweight title=old school Intercontinental title. They only put it on people who get shit done in the ring. Hell, I can't even think of the NEVER title in my head without hearing Goto's music. Honest, I can hear it clear as day. I'm always pumped to see a title match when that's the belt that's on the line.
