In a sense, yes, Austin was still the bigger star so H had to wear the IC belt again, which must have been a humiliation. But his power level was just as high, and he went over Austin clean in Feb.
He of course never got close to reaching Austin's heights (no one did, Rock was the only one who came close - Hogan had his time on easy mode) so in that sense he's the Jannetty...but look at him now and look at Austin now. Marriage #4 of god knows how many. Tried to emulate Rock and moved his life from Texas to LA to get into Hollywood...and completely failed. Now he sits in his house doing a wrestling podcast, while Triple H runs the company and will soon inherit it. In that sense, Austin is the Jannetty.
