>b-brock lesnar isn't a draw, n-nobody cares about roid monkey!
If you have ever said this you've been BTFO. These are two house shows from this weekend, one in Tampa and one in Miami. The Tampa show had Brock Lesnar as the main event. Guess which show was in Tampa.

There are people on /asp/ confused as to why Brock has the WWE by its balls, in other words, estimating his drawing power.

he isn't a draw though, house shows aren't important. What matters is PPV sales and every show Brock had headlined in rwcent years has done terrible numbers.
110.7 million in net revenues in 2014 for house shows.
Between the merch sales and the ticket sales the house shows wind up bringing in a ton of cash by years end.

I've got the minute by minute numbers and he doesn't tip the ratings scale at all. Not a draw.

Vince said ppvs don't matter anymore. And that's for wrestling all over not just wwe.
Ppvs are now for real sports to make a profit from.
WWE's main sales like every other fed is merch. A Njpw video game would help more merch sold.
Njpw/wwwfAjpw all did better with shows attedences wise.
WWE's tv deal gives them enough money to not worry about overhead costs. And that's also counting worldwide tv deals.
Why doesnt the WWE perform in smaller buildings since they can't fill up these minor league sports arenas? It would be cheaper to book and shit. Its what they did when Bret tanked numbers and they forced to perform in small buildings

Well as you can see in the picture, if WWE had booked their Tampa show in a school gym they would have missed out on a LOT of money. It probably depends on the city, although they should know which cities are large markets and which ones aren't.
