literally any wrestler they sign they will either intentionally ruin to remind us their "homegrown talents" are superior or they won't have any clue on how to handle them and will blame their failure on the wrestler instead of whatever dead in the water gimmick they give them.

the problem is there is no more home grown talent, HHH and NXT have ruined a generation of developmental talent trying to create a alternative wrestling brand instead of making new WWE superstars

the WWE needs to for the foreseeable future do what made them giants in the 80's and poach talent from all over and give them a chance to shine in the big leagues.

no more sending guys to NXT for a year, just let the big names do dark matches until they get used to the ring size and camera placement.
