It's come off way better in retrospect for me.

At the time I remember 20-21 having been good if unspectacular shows and I was excited about the show being in Chicago. However I made the mistake of hitting up the ROH shows that weekend and all 3 were absolutely fantastic. Mania wound up coming off real bad at the time. But as times gone on I've been able to see it's a better show then 20 and pretty comparible to 21 and much better then 23. I'd rank it as an upper middle mania.

Maybe 10-15.
