It's easy, Taguchi's character is that he's a goofball that uses his ass as weapon in matches (like Rikishi), often does hip attacks and stuff. El Desperado is a Heel and it seems he was sick of Taguchi's ass so he ass-raped him to avoid the hip attacks of Taguchi during the match, creating a tremendous psychology.
