Backstage News On WWE Cutbacks, More To Come

"The one thing that we have learned is that the two pay-per-views a month, that has not helped," said Meltzer. "The Network number is not growing the way they expected it to so that's been a bad situation. But I don't think they want to drop one of the pay-per-views because I think that would hurt ratings a little bit."

More cutbacks are expected in WWE and it's one of the reasons why the company has been slow on the United Kingdom show. I think at this point wwe needs to do something drastic, a drastic and noticeable change. Im not saying go back to the attitude era, but what they are doing now is not working.

the major problem is NXT doesn't create stars, the need for a divide between NXT and Main Roster shouldn't exist.

NXT should just be a taped show for the guys on the lowest end of the card, the Drew's Roode's AOP's and Askuas and Ember Moon's have no business on NXT they should have debuted on the main roster and worked dark matches while they learned the camera placement.
