Untrue. Lana hasn't been training to wrestle. She was signed to, but was quickly transitioned to a manager role for Rusev and only started training to wrestle again briefly. Eva Marie has been training to wrestle since she started working with the company and has had much more time to improve HOWEVER she never cared about wrestling.

Also, fucking/living with a wrestle doesn't magically make you better.
