Different guy, but any major venue of entertainment that brings in cash has some kind of cartel involvement. Not necessarily "run", but they get a cut of ticket money for "protection". Especially gyms and arenas that put on shows. Same goes for boxing.

MCG in Melbourne Australia is the best stadium in the world as far as I'm concerned. Won't happen for 3 reasons.
