She's excellent at promo delivery. Quick on her feet, reacts to the crowd, total believable massive bitch, facial expressions, body movements, intonations, voice changes, burns, doesn't stumble, etc. This above all else is why she's so over with the crowd. You can especially tell because when she makes a sick burn against a face, the crowd will cheer.

That said, you have a point in that none of her promos are all that memorable, or chill-inducing, although in fairness I suppose the writers are mostly to blame for that.
