>Not even 5 stars
Meltzer is a fucking hack.
>>2899920
>MUH NJPW
Seriously....
>>2899920
Well no shit, it wasn't in the Tokyo Dome.
>>2899920
It was a solid 4.5. My biggest pet peeve was needing that last false finish. It just didn't need to be there.
Yuji Nagata vs. Yoshi-Hashi - 4.25
Bad Luck Fale vs. Togi Makabe - 3.5
Hirooki Goto vs. Tomohiro Ishii - 4.25
Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Zach Sabre Jr. - 4.25
Kota Ibushi vs. Tetsuya Naito - 4.75
the top stars are reserved for his sources
>caring about le meme stars
you can enjoy something without relying on others meme ratings
>>2900092
Ishii didn't need to be in Tokyo Dome for his 5 star match last year
he's laying off the 5 star hype reviews after handing out major stars to Okada/Omega. It's to make them feel more special

>Yuji Nagata vs. Yoshi-Hashi - 4.25
>Bad Luck Fale vs. Togi Makabe - 3.5
>Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Zach Sabre Jr. - 4.25
These are all too high
>Kota Ibushi vs. Tetsuya Naito - 4.75
And this is a 5 star match.
Now watch this retarded geezer give Omega vs. Suzuki 5 stars and try to meme about it
If you think it's 5 stars, then it's 5 stars. I love Meltzy but he will be the first to tell you that ratings are subjective and vary from person to person. Would you argue with Ebert's ghost over thumbs up for Dunkirk?
>>2900092
wow that's the worst excuse you would come up with
>>2900249
>even bad rack whare matches gets 3 and a half stars from meltz
seriously when this guy going to stop new nips cock?
>>2899920
That match was definitely 5 stars in my personal opinion, which is all that really matters to me. Meltzers ratings aren't gospel, they're more of a guideline to separate the matches most worth watching, at least for me.
>>2900571
Fraud how? I don't believe people pay for a subscription for the ratings. News and history sure, but ratings? c'mon
>>2900571
>Meltzers ratings aren't gospel
My point was clear as day. "Meltzers system" is ultimately just one mans opinion on a wrestling match that people seem to take way too seriously, nothing more or less.
